The King of Cleaning reserves the right to modify, decline, or discontinue service if information provided is inaccurate or if conditions differ significantly from those originally disclosed.

All quotes are estimates based on information provided by the customer.

Final pricing may vary based on:

• Property condition
• Square footage
• Accessibility
• Additional service requests
• Excessive buildup, clutter, debris, or cleaning requirements not disclosed during the estimate process

Any pricing adjustments will be discussed before additional work is performed.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods may include cash, credit card, debit card, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, or other approved payment methods.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

Certain services may require a deposit to secure a booking. Deposits are applied toward the final invoice unless otherwise stated.

We understand that plans can change.

Customers are asked to provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Appointments canceled with insufficient notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Customers are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property.

If service cannot be performed due to lack of access, locked doors, security restrictions, utility interruptions, or other access-related issues, a lockout fee or cancellation fee may apply.

Customers agree to:

• Secure valuables and personal items
• Secure pets during service when necessary
• Notify us of any special instructions or concerns before service begins

The King of Cleaning reserves the right to refuse, postpone, or discontinue service if conditions are considered unsafe, hazardous, unsanitary, or present a risk to health, safety, or property.

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

If you believe an area included within the agreed scope of work was missed or not cleaned properly, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

We will make reasonable efforts to address legitimate service concerns.

While every effort is made to provide exceptional service, The King of Cleaning is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage
• Wear and tear
• Existing stains
• Mold or mildew
• Rust or corrosion
• Discoloration
• Loose fixtures
• Improperly installed materials
• Manufacturer defects

Customers should notify us of any known issues before service begins.

With customer permission, before-and-after photos may be taken for quality assurance, training, website content, social media, and marketing purposes.

No personal information, private details, or identifying information will be published without consent.

All content, logos, branding, text, graphics, and images displayed on this website are the property of The King of Cleaning and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The King of Cleaning shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website or services.
